Journey towards Carbon Neutral
ECO BOILER
We’ve installed a state-of-the-art Austrian (Froling) wood pellet boiler, eliminating our reliance on fossil fuels and reducing carbon emissions by 85 tonnes annually. This advanced system is part of a ‘micro district scheme,’ connecting both our manufacturing and administrative facilities to a single, centralized plant. It operates efficiently, keeping particulate matter (PM) and NOx emissions well below required levels—at 43% and 55%, respectively—demonstrating our commitment to reducing environmental impact while enhancing operational efficiency.
SUPPORTING SUSTAINABLE BUSINESSES
We use incredible outer packaging made from farm waste for our samples to be delivered in that are produced by RAW from Test Valley, and our business cards and delivery messages are crafted from paper that repurposes harmful algal blooms from Kent. We’ve curated a library of sustainable suppliers, offering our customers eco-friendly options for their packaging needs. Additionally, we are continuously building a framework focused on excellence in sourcing raw materials, ensuring our practices remain environmentally responsible and aligned with our commitment to sustainability.
