FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I WANT TO ADD SOME NEW PRODUCTS TO MY RANGE !
Great news! We ask that you complete our detailed briefing template for any Product Development (Existing Product Development & New Product Development). Once your detailed brief is received, we will take this to Feasibility to be assessed, and an R&D quote will be drawn up and shared with you. Should you wish to proceed with Product Development after reviewing your R&D Quote, we will raise the invoice for ‘Gate 1’. Once payment is received, you’ll be handed over to a dedicated Project Manager, who will guide you through the development process. Once your products are approved, your Gate 2 invoice will be raised in order to proceed with the necessary testing.
I want to start my own range but can’t afford the development costs for all the products I wish to include.
Whilst our R&D charges are extremely competitive we understand not everyone can
afford the cost of development – therefore we have created an extensive White Label
range, which can be packaged and sold under your brand name. These products are
tried & tested and development costs do not apply.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MY PRODUCT ?
On average an unopened product has a shelf life of 30 months (from Date of
Manufacture).
WHAT IS THE STANDARD LEAD TIME FOR ORDERS ?
Fragrance: Fragrance orders have a lead time of 5 weeks (raw material dependent). Retail: Our standard lead time for retail orders is 10-12 weeks (although this is variable depending on capacity and raw material lead times). However, you will not be provided with a dispatch date for retail orders until we have received delivery dates for any required components. Bulk: Our standard lead time for Bulk orders is 8 weeks (although this is variable depending on capacity and raw material lead times).
HOW LONG IS COMPATIBILITY AND / OR STABILITY TESTING ?
Both take 12 weeks to ensure a thorough evaluation of the product’s performance and safety, guaranteeing that it meets our high standards before reaching the market.
I NEED SOME OF MY STOCK FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE , HOW DO I REQUEST THIS ?
We will provide you with an ‘External Stock Request’ document, this needs to be completed and returned to deliveries@arcaniaapothecary.uk.com who will arrange the stock request for you. Please note picking & packing and delivery charges apply.
